9/20/2006 Marco-NA has successfully tested the PRIM tracking TAG in several coal mines throughout the USA. The testing consisted of test in coal as low as 38 inches and upto 12 in height. We were able to read tags at distances of 200 feet in low coal and in excess of 500 feet in higher coal. Tags were read through metal and concrete stoppings. We also completed testing of passing VisorTrac data over a UHF Leaky Feeder System. Our Visortrac software package is ready for delivery in October. VisorTrac is now a complete tracking system.

1/16/2006 Marco-NA recently designed and installed the hardware portion of the Nurse Call Stations for approximately 230 Room Medical facility. This was a new veture for Marco outside our normal mining application focus. The project was completed on time and has no reported problems.

2005 Was a good year for Marco North America we re-entered the Longwall Mining Controls market in North America with several Installations of the Pm32 and Hydraulic Valves in Mexico. We also continued development and have seen growth with some of our newest product lines.
